The grapes come from the hills of the Soave area.
Vinification
The grapes are picked at optimal ripeness and pressed. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks, a gentle method intended to bring out the varietal qualities of the fruit.

The wine is aged in stainless steel.
