About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the company’s vineyards in Tuscany’s Chianti area.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at peak ripeness and gently pressed. Pre-fermentation maceration extracts colour, tannins, flavours and aromas. Alcoholic fermentation takes place for 20 days in stainless-steel vats at 20–27 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures and is stored in temperature-controlled steel tanks until bottling.
