About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The grapes grow at 500 metres above sea level on slopes around Bolzano and in the Isarco Valley.

Vinification

Carefully selected grapes are harvested in the first half of October, gently pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, leaving around 3.5 g of residual sugar.

Ageing

The wine matures in stainless steel to preserve its clean, aromatic character.

Tasting profile

Lively and classic in style, with pronounced aromas of ripe orchard fruit and citrus and a distinctive ethereal note.
