About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The fruit comes from the Lafoa vineyard, situated on a mountain ridge at 430 metres above sea level.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested in September at their highest sugar concentration. After cold settling and gentle pressing, half of the must ferments in stainless-steel tanks and half in oak barrels. The barrel-fermented portion also undergoes malolactic fermentation.

Ageing

The wine rests on fine lees for eight months before bottling.

Tasting profile

The aroma is clean and floral. The palate is juicy and fruity.

Label / history

The label was created by the Guardenti design studio and depicts a fertility goddess inspired by a sculpture by Guido Muss Mosna.
