About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Sauvignon Blanc grows on steep slopes in Bolzano, in vineyards with gravelly soils. The microclimate is marked by temperature changes between day and night. The grapes come from selected sites.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, then cold-macerated and pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, chosen to preserve the variety's fresh fruit character.
Ageing
The wine ages in stainless steel tanks.
