About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The vines grow on warm alluvial, gravelly soils around Bolzano and Ritten, in South Tyrol's subalpine climate. Sunny days and cool mountain air give the fruit bright acidity and a complex aroma.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested in the first half of September, carefully selected and gently pressed. Fermentation is temperature-controlled.

Ageing

The wine ages in steel tanks, which preserves its freshness, vibrant fruit and clean taste.

Tasting profile

Subtle smoky notes, a lively structure and an elegant character. The nose and palate show green apple, pear and white flowers, with a light citrus freshness.

Serving and pairing

Suited to light appetisers, seafood salad and fresh pasta.
