About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The Pinot Nero grows in the cool climate of Alto Adige in northern Italy, where the weather allows the variety to show charm and finesse.

Vinification

The ripe grapes are harvested by hand in September and fermented in stainless steel tanks.

Ageing

The wine is aged partly in oak barrels and partly in steel tanks.

Tasting profile

Elegant and deep in flavour, with a bright berry aroma and a layered bouquet. The structure is refined and the fruit character fresh. The style is rich, soft and refreshing.

Serving and pairing

Suited to traditional Italian meat dishes and aged cheeses. Decanting before serving is recommended.
