About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The Cortese grapes come from young vines in the commune of Gavi.

Vinification

The wine is made by traditional methods. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks under strict temperature control.

Ageing

The wine ages for 3 months in stainless steel tanks, then matures in bottle in the cellar for 4–5 weeks. This bottle rest is meant to develop a refined structure and a balanced taste.

Tasting profile

Dry, with a refined taste and delicate aroma. Pleasantly fresh, light and easy to drink.

Serving and pairing

Serve chilled. It matches fish and seafood dishes typical of Mediterranean cuisine, and also works as an aperitif.
