About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the “La Villerina Secca” vineyard in Langhe, whose vines average 30 years of age.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness, then sorted, destemmed and gently pressed at the winery. The must ferments in stainless-steel tanks for 8–12 days at 28–30 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests in stainless-steel tanks for 15–18 months and is bottled without filtration.
Label / history
Annual production is 1,000 bottles.
