Vinification
Vinified in stainless steel over 10–15 days, with a stated production yield of 50 hl/ha.
Ageing
Matured for 12 months in French oak barriques.
Tasting profile
Bright, deep garnet red. The broad, intense aroma is led by ripe plum, blackberry, cherry and red mulberry, followed by walnut husk, pink pepper and toasted almond. The palate is mouth-filling, warm, savoury and harmonious, with a rounded, gentle and elegant character.
