Ageing
Matured in stainless steel.
Tasting profile
An intensely dark, deep colour with purple reflections. The clean, well-defined aroma recalls ripe plum, blackberry and cherry, with an elegant and deep overall character. The palate is rounded, warm and soft, supported by grape tannins. Dense and enveloping, it initially shows medium persistence before developing a lingering almond note in the finish.
