Vinification

Vinification takes place in stainless-steel vessels over 7–10 days, with the wine remaining in contact with the skins.

Ageing

Maturation takes place in stainless steel.

Production yield: 50 hl/ha.

Tasting profile

The colour is intensely dark and deep, with purple reflections. The clean, clearly defined aroma combines ripe plum, blackberry and cherry, with an elegant and profound character. The palate is round, warm, soft and enveloping, supported by well-integrated grape tannins. Initially medium in persistence, it develops into a lingering aftertaste marked by almond.
