About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
Made from a selection of the finest grapes drawn from the estate’s best vineyards.
Grapes
100% Nebbiolo.
Vinification
Vinified in stainless-steel tanks for approximately 25–30 days. The published production level is 40 hl/ha.
Ageing
Matured for 12 months in French oak barriques and then for 18 months in large French oak casks.
Tasting profile
Deep garnet red. The broad aromatic profile combines blackberry, plum, cherry and black cherry with blood orange, violet, rose, spices and mint. The palate is warm, enveloping and elegant, with considerable length and persistence. The fruit and floral aromas return on the finish alongside a cocoa note.

The wine is dedicated to Bruno Rocca’s mother, Maria Adelaide.
