A blend of two varieties: Viognier, described as Italian, and Chardonnay, described as international.

The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented in cement tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests for 6 months in the same cement tanks. It is then lightly filtered and matured in bottle for a further six months.
Label / history
"Currivu" is an Italian word for a stubborn person who firmly believes in their ideas. The name reflects that determination and the aim of doing things as well as possible, without adding or taking away anything unnecessary. The bottle is lightweight glass, closed with natural cork, and the label is made from recycled natural paper. Together these are intended to have "zero environmental impact."
