About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand. The wine is made in cement tanks without temperature control and bottled without filtration, in keeping with Sicily's ancient winemaking traditions. It is an organic wine, made with "respect for the natural stages in a wine's evolution."

The wine is aged in cement tanks.

Label / history
The name Ruversa means "to go back" in Italian. The bottle is made of lightweight glass, with a natural cork and a label of recycled natural paper, intended to have "zero environmental impact."
