Fanny Adams is a natural-wine project bringing together Esencia Rural, Damien Coquelet, Domaine de Bon Augure, Finca Parera, Celler 9+, Domaine des Hautes Noelles and “Nikolaev and Sons” from Spain, France and Russia. Its winemakers follow biodynamic viticulture methods, and the wines are handmade in very limited quantities.
