About this wine
Harvest: late September. Grapes dry in fruit rooms until December.
Vinification: hand destemming and pressing in a manual vertical press; fermentation in 30–40 L caratelli.
Aging: three years in 30–40 L Slavonian-oak barrels.
Characteristics: deep amber yellow; sweet fruit and spice aromas.
