About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Barbera is grown organically in the estate's vineyards in Olivola, in the Ghenza Valley.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested entirely by hand at optimal ripeness. Fermentation is spontaneous, with native yeasts, in concrete vats without temperature control and lasts 60 days.
Ageing
The wine ages for 18 months in fiberglass tanks. It is neither fined nor filtered before bottling.
Tasting profile
A fresh, lively red with an expressive, distinctive character.

Suited to traditional Piedmontese dishes.
