About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The organically grown fruit comes from the estate’s vineyards in Olivola, in the Genza Valley, and is harvested entirely by hand at optimal ripeness.
Vinification
Spontaneous fermentation with natural yeasts takes place without temperature control, with 15 days of maceration.
Ageing
The wine ages for 18 months, followed by a further year of maturation in bottle.
Tasting profile
Lively in character, with a pronounced mineral quality.
