Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the Kaltern area. The influence of the lake and the changes in temperature help preserve acidity and give a fresher, more precise profile.
Vinification
A short cold maceration brings out the aromatic compounds. Fermentation follows in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine ages on the fine lees, which gives a softer, rounder texture without making the style feel heavy.
Tasting profile
Bright, expressive aroma of rose petals, lychee and ripe fruit, balanced by freshness. The palate is clean, with a well-defined structure rather than sweetness. Aromatic yet balanced, with a clean, long finish.
