Vintage notes
A mild winter and exceptionally warm April advanced budding slightly in 2024. Cool, rainy weather in May and June was followed by July and August heat sufficiently intense to inhibit photosynthesis and delay ripening. Temperatures fell below average in early September and frequent rain returned. The resulting wines were fresher, less alcoholic and less concentrated, with notably graceful tannins.
