About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Pinot Noir comes from selected organic vineyards in the Alt Penedès. Grapes are picked by hand at optimal ripeness.
Grapes
100% Pinot Noir.
Vinification
A brief cold maceration precedes precise pressing, which produces the wine’s delicate rosé colour while preserving its varietal character. The base wine ferments in stainless-steel tanks. A second fermentation then takes place in bottle following the traditional method.
Ageing
The cava spends at least 18 months on its lees in bottle in Cavas Hill’s underground cellars, developing finesse, complexity and a refined texture.
Tasting profile
Bright, elegant pale pink. The nose is highly aromatic and expressive, combining fresh raspberry and cherry with delicate floral nuances. The palate is fresh, fruity and balanced; lively acidity brings lightness and precision. The finish is long and elegant, with subtle echoes of red berries.
Serving and pairing
Pair with appetisers, seafood, sushi, carpaccios, light contemporary Mediterranean dishes, mild cheeses or red-berry desserts.
