Vinification
The grapes are harvested from late September to early October. Maceration and fermentation take place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests briefly in neutral vessels.
Label / history
Annual production is at least 15,000 bottles. The wine received a bronze medal at the World Wine Championships Award.
