Label / history
Cavit has operated since 1950. Founded by winemakers in Trentino, the cooperative group was established to simplify and strengthen quality control. Based in northeastern Italy, it supports nearly 4,500 small wineries, whose interests it protects. Its vineyards cover 7,000 ha, and it produces 65% of Trentino’s wine each year.
