History
Cerbaiona’s Brunello label began with the 1981 vintage. From 2016 the vineyard was progressively replanted and expanded using alberello training. A new winery was used from the 2021 vintage. In 2022 the Le Colline M.L. Fioretti selection was introduced.
Terroir
The estate lies in Montalcino and is devoted to Sangiovese.
Winemaking
Since 2016, the vineyard has been renewed with alberello training.
Brunello, Rosso and Sangiovese IGT are produced in the estate winery with laboratory-supported control.
