History
The group developed from Tenimenti Angelini, whose Tuscan and Friulian estates included Val di Suga, Tenuta Trerose, San Leonino and Puiatti.
In 2011 the historic Valpolicella winery Bertani joined the group. In 2014 the company adopted the name Bertani Domains, reflecting Bertani’s international recognition. Fazi Battaglia joined in 2015, adding the Marche and Verdicchio.
The group later became Angelini Wines & Estates to reinforce its identity within Angelini Industries. It now manages six wineries across Veneto, Tuscany, Friuli-Venezia Giulia and Marche.
Terroir
The group spans four Italian wine regions and six estates, each managed around its own denominations, grape varieties and local identity.
Winemaking
Vineyard practices are adapted to each estate and territory. The group presents sustainability and fidelity to local grape varieties as common principles.
Each estate retains its own winemaking identity. The portfolio includes traditional appassimento in Valpolicella, Sangiovese-based wines in Tuscany, stainless-steel and lees work for Friulian whites, and Verdicchio production in the Marche.
Philosophy
The group’s stated objective is to elevate territories through wines coherent with their production areas and local grape character.
