About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The production area is Tuscany. Manero Bianco combines white grapes traditionally cultivated in Fattoria del Cerro’s vineyards.

Grapes

White grape varieties traditionally grown on the estate; individual varieties and proportions are not specified.

Vinification

The grapes undergo very gentle pressing, followed by alcoholic fermentation at 14–16°C.

Ageing

After alcoholic fermentation, the wine continues maturing for three months with continuous pumping over.

Tasting profile

Straw yellow with pale green highlights. The delicate, fruity aroma recalls Golden apple, white plum and green banana. Its style is fresh, approachable and immediate, with balanced acidity.

Serving and pairing

Serve at 10°C in medium-sized wine glasses. Pair with fish appetizers, pasta with shellfish, or white fish prepared on the grill or by steaming.
