About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the producer’s Tuscan vineyards at 350–450 m above sea level.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness, then pressed and fermented in stainless-steel tanks at 16 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests on its fine lees in stainless-steel tanks for three months.
