Vineyard and terroir
The Pinot Grigio is grown in vineyards in the Veneto. Lamberti has 27 hectares of vineyards in the heart of the Bardolino region, a few kilometres from the eastern shore of Lake Garda. Rose bushes are planted at the beginning of every vineyard row.
Vinification
Vinification takes place in steel tanks, which helps preserve the natural freshness of the grapes.
Ageing
Brief ageing in steel tanks.
Tasting profile
Soft, refined taste with a delicate floral and fruity bouquet. Layers of aroma and flavour reflect the varied nature of Lake Garda, a fresh, modern take on the classic character of its terroir. Best enjoyed young.
Label / history
Lamberti was founded in 1964 in Lazise, in the Veneto, and is part of Gruppo Italiano Vini (GIV). The winery takes its name from the Lamberti family estate, which belonged to one of the area's oldest families. This wine is presented in 250 ml bottles.
