About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in hillside vineyards in Prabi and Pressano. The vines average 20 years of age and are planted at densities of 3,000–7,000 vines/ha.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, then crushed and pressed at the winery without exposure to oxygen. The must ferments partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in large oak barrels.
Ageing
The wine is bottled in May of the year following the harvest.
