About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from vineyards on clay-limestone soils along the eastern coast of central Italy.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested during the first ten days of September. After destemming, they undergo a short, low-temperature maceration, followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
