About this wine
Vinification
The Montepulciano grapes are harvested during the final ten days of October and destemmed before an extended period of skin maceration.
Ageing
The wine matures for 24 months in barriques, followed by approximately 10 months in bottle.

Label / history
The project was created specifically for the Asian market and later became an international product. The label depicts a copper carp emerging from the water, symbolising the balance between emptiness and fullness, as well as energy, vitality and good fortune. The wine is presented in a wooden gift box.
