About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
Collefrisio has 35 hectares divided among three vineyards in the hills of Abruzzo. The sites are influenced by sea breezes and the nearby mountains. The winery follows an organic winemaking philosophy.
Vinification
In 2010, the grapes were harvested during the final ten days of September and underwent low-temperature maceration.
Ageing
The wine rested in temperature-controlled steel tanks.
Tasting profile
Harmonious and well balanced.
Label / history
The winery is run by two young, third-generation winemakers.
