Vineyard and terroir
The Nebbiolo comes from the single, terraced Cova vineyard. Its location favours full ripening and the development of complexity.
Vinification
The must ferments in a wooden vat for 25 days.
Ageing
The wine matures for 34 months in a 15 hl cask.
Tasting profile
Refined and complex.
Label / history
Produced only in selected vintages. Production of the 2017 vintage was limited to 1,100 bottles.
