About this wine
Grapes
The blend comprises 90% Nieddera and 10% other red varieties.
Vinification
The grapes are destemmed and crushed, then fermented with approximately 10 days of skin maceration. The must is gently pressed. No sulfites are added.
Ageing
The wine matures in small and medium-sized oak barrels and purpose-made cement vats, followed by several months in bottle.
Tasting profile
The bouquet is delicate, with fruit and vanilla aromas. The palate is intense and persistent.
