About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are selected and sorted at harvest. Fermentation on the skins lasts 8–10 days at a continuously controlled temperature. The wine is made without added sulfites.
Ageing
It rests for several months in cement vats and stainless-steel tanks.
Tasting profile
Fresh, with a pleasant aroma and a soft palate. It can be enjoyed young and retains its appeal as it ages.
