About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

Nebbiolo comes from vineyards in the municipality of La Morra, planted on calcareous-sandy soils at a density of 4,800 vines per hectare.

Grapes

100% Nebbiolo.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested at the beginning of September and vinified as a white wine without contact between juice and skins. For tirage, yeast is added to the base wine before bottling initiates the secondary fermentation.

Ageing

The sparkling wine matures on its lees for at least 48 months before disgorgement, followed by another six months of rest before release.

Technical data

Rosé sparkling wine made by the traditional method with zero dosage. Available in 0.75 L bottles.

Tasting profile

Very pale rosé in colour, with fine, persistent bubbles and aromas of ripe fruit, particularly apricot. The palate combines freshness and complexity. Pronounced acidity is supported by Nebbiolo’s characteristic tannin, contributing to its stated ageing potential.

Serving and pairing

Serve at 8–10°C.
