100% Nebbiolo.
Vinification
Traditional vinification includes ten days of maceration on the skins at a constant, controlled temperature of 27°C.
Ageing
Part of the wine is aged in oak barrels.
Tasting profile
Deep ruby red in colour. The intense, fruit-led aroma combines violet, raspberry and wild strawberry. Elegant and harmonious on the palate, it has soft, enveloping tannins and a long aftertaste.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 15–16°C. Its versatile character allows it to accompany a complete meal, including white meat, chicken and medium-aged cheese. The finesse of its tannins also suits fish stew or soup and spicy dishes. Cellaring potential is 4–10 years.

Formats comprise a 0.375 L half bottle, 0.75 L bottle and 1.5 L magnum.
