About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown at the Tenuta Corte Giacobbe estate in the hills of Roncà.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and pressed as whole bunches. The must ferments in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 13 °C. Secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle with selected yeasts.
Ageing
Before secondary fermentation, the wine rests in stainless-steel tanks on its fine lees, which are stirred weekly. It then ages in bottle for 24–36 months.
