About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested only when fully ripe, then picked and sorted by hand. Fermentation takes place on the skins for 60–90 days, with daily pump-overs. The wine is bottled without filtration.
Ageing
The wine ages in oak barrels for 23 months, followed by a further six months in bottle.
Tasting profile
Soft and elegant, with an energetic character.
