About this wine
Grapes
The grapes are meticulously selected while still on the vine.
Vinification
The wine macerates on its skins for 60–90 days in conical oak vats and is bottled without filtration.
Ageing
It spends 23 months in oak barrels, followed by a further six months in bottle before release several years after the harvest.
