About this wine
Vinification
Fully ripe organic grapes are harvested and sorted by hand. Fermentation takes place in conical vats, with 60–90 days of skin contact. The wine is bottled without filtration.
Ageing
The wine ages in oak barrels for 23 months, followed by a further six months in bottle.
Tasting profile
Rich and particularly complex.
