About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from vineyards across Tuscany, encompassing a range of soil types. The climate is warm and sunny, with marked differences between daytime and nighttime temperatures.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at full ripeness throughout September. An eight-day pre-fermentation maceration is followed by fermentation at a controlled 28–29 °C, intended to extract tannins while retaining the fruit character.
Ageing
The wine rests in stainless-steel tanks for six months after fermentation.

Aromatic and full-flavoured, with rich fruit character and evident tannins.

Decant before serving.
