About this wine
Grapes
Made exclusively from local Canaiolo clones retained after changes to the vineyards.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented on the skins for 10 days at a controlled temperature of 25–27 °C.
Ageing
Aged for 24 months in new French oak barriques.
