About this wine
Vinification
Before fermentation, the juice remained in contact with the skins for around three hours, producing a deep pink colour. It was then vinified using the same fermentation method as white wine.
Tasting profile
The nose is appealing, while the palate is refreshing, elegant and smooth.
Vintage notes
The 2014 growing season began with a mild winter, followed by heavy rainfall during spring and summer. Below-average temperatures delayed the grapes’ phenolic development.
Label / history
Bottled in May 2015, with a production of 2,500 bottles.
