About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
Tre Stelle lies on the hills in the commune of Barbaresco. Its Nebbiolo vines were planted between 1997 and 2005, and the estate follows organic practices.
Ageing
The wine matured for around 22 months in large, traditional, untoasted barrels of Slavonian and Swiss oak, followed by at least eight months in bottle.
Tasting profile
Pure and balanced, with an approachable character in youth.
Vintage notes
The 2022 growing season brought scorching heat and drought.
