Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the Veneto region.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in September and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in an autoclave for three months, using the Martinotti method.

Elegant, delicate and refined, with pleasant fruity notes on the nose and palate.
