Vineyard and terroir
The Barbera grapes grow in vineyards in Barolo, on sandy, limestone-rich soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, then gently pressed at the winery. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine ages for 9 months in oak barrels, then rests for at least 12 months in bottle in the winery's cellars before release.
