About this wine
Grapes
The blend combines eight varieties: five native to Piedmont and three international. The text gives no proportions.
Ageing
The wine is aged for 12 months, first in traditional large casks and then in French oak barrels, which give depth, roundness and a spicy complexity.
Tasting profile
Bright and distinctive, with an intense aroma. The palate is soft, balanced and complex, and the finish is long and harmonious.
Serving and pairing
The text calls the wine very food-friendly but names no dishes.
Label / history
Dezzani created Otto Bucce to mark the winery's 80th anniversary, as an expression of its philosophy and skill in bringing tradition and innovation together. The name means "eight skins" and refers to the eight grape varieties in the blend.
