About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the province of Asti.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested entirely by hand. Pre-fermentation maceration is followed by fermentation in stainless-steel tanks for 20 days at a controlled temperature of 24 °C. The wine then undergoes malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine ages in steel tanks for six months.
Serving and pairing
Suggested pairings include traditional Piedmontese dishes such as veal carpaccio with olive oil, truffle omelette, cold veal with tuna sauce, and grilled meat.
