Tasting profile
Lively, bright straw yellow with a fine, persistent perlage. The fresh and persistent bouquet is fruity and floral, with bergamot, lime, green apple and pineapple alongside orange-blossom and elderflower notes. Mineral accents give way to bread crust, yeast and lemon cream. The palate is fresh, vibrant, harmonious and balanced, with a clean, elegant character, velvety softness and a long finish.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 2–4°C. An aperitif-style sparkling wine that can also accompany much of a meal, including fish, white meats, fish carpaccio, seafood and shellfish, mozzarella, burrata, other fresh cheeses, cured meats and light first courses.
